Alvin D. Bird, DO, attended Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1981. Then, he served his internship at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital. In addition, Dr. Bird received board certification in family medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine.
